UN PAÍS QUE SE NIEGA A PROGRESAR

Desde hace un tiempo, se habla de que Paraguay, como país, se ha quedado estancado en el tiempo; poniendo un ejemplo está la singular frase «Mientras el resto está en el siglo XXI, Paraguay está en el siglo XIX» o con suerte, en la segunda mitad del siglo XX.

Si bien es una frase rebuscada, de cierta manera no deja de tener razón en ciertos aspectos, como el hecho, en que las autoridades ponen todas las trabas posibles a las diferentes propuestas en busca de innovación en distintos aspectos.

Claros ejemplos son los que vemos en el último tiempo, pues, desde la Municipalidad de Asunción han estado persiguiendo abiertamente al emprendimiento nacional «MUV», buscando cualquier excusa para poner imponer todo tipo de restricciones a este producto nacional.

MUV es un medio optativo a lo que sería el taxi, la diferencia que hace elegir a la gente este producto, es que, mediante su aplicación, arma un presupuesto para el cliente, muestra incluso en qué auto viajará y quién será su chófer.

Este negocio perjudica gravemente a los taxistas, puesto que es un servicio mucho mejor que el que ellos ofrecen y ven como única salida presionar para que MUV sea sacado del sistema, antes que mejorar su paupérrimo servicio.

Hoy, de igual manera, se oficializó la llegada de Uber y no tengo dudas de que nuevamente, la Municipalidad de Asunción, acompañada del incompetente intendente de la ciudad, presionados por el gremio taxista, hará hasta lo imposible para evitar o al menos hacer que tarde un poco más la instauración completa de este sistema, en la capital más poblada de la República del Paraguay.

En resumidas cuentas, de lo que podemos percatarnos, es que el joven emprendedor paraguayo la tiene realmente difícil para sobresalir en este país, incluso innovando en el producto en cuestión; siempre va estar alguien más arriba, (o más abajo), tratando de que las buenas propuestos y proyectos innovadores queden en el cementerio de las ideas o los cajones polvorientos de las oficinas municipales, ya que es preferible no salirse de la zona de confort, manteniendo los mismos privilegios y el precario, mediocre y lamentable servicio de siempre.
